2019 Oscars Predictions Scored
Well, I missed the 91st Academy Awards on Sunday. And it took me a minute to get around to putting this together, a piece that scores my predictions for who would win the big Oscars prizes. Besides the huge upset of GREEN BOOK winning Best Picture (got that right though even though it was super disappointing to be correct on this matter!), I think there were some good reactions to other big wins. The “no host” business apparently didn’t derail the whole show. Just…again. GREEN BOOK, man. It’s not a good movie. And BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY took home the most awards with four. OK then. I was definitely wrong there; I guessed A STAR IS BORN would be the biggest winner with the same number of wins. Anyways, here are my predictions versus actual wins below. I’ll bold my choice and the actual winner will be marked with an *.
